Cowpocalypse has a total of 7 Steam achievements, all of which are story related with none being missable and all being able to be earned in a single playthrough taking around 40~60 minutes.

Note that at the time of writing, Steam is still "learning about this game" so achievements will not yet count towards profile totals, I'm somewhat unsure of the "learning" process, but given the positive reviews, it should only be a matter of time until they count towards profile totals.
Achievement Guide.
The achievements listed below are in order of which I earned them during my playthrough.

Houdini.
They blink and you are on the other side of the lock.
This is a story related achievement that unlocks when you climb down from the bedroom balcony, by using the knife on the blanket in your inventory to create a rope and then use the rope on the balcony. See video walkthrough part 1 @ 1:48 to 2:57 for further assistance.
Red Pill.
Now you know that something is happening. Would the blue pill have been a better choice?
This is a story related achievement that unlocks when you "Talk" to your phone, which is found on a chair inside the shed (the building with Santa standing outside it). See video walkthrough part 1 @ 5:26 for further assistance.
Saviour.
You helped Santa to go home to finish making toys for christmas. All the childrend can be greatful to you.
This is a story related achievement that unlocks when you feed some peanut butter to Rudolf and then speak to Santa to obtain the cable he stole. See video walkthrough part 1 @ 7:07 to 10:24 for further assistance.
Firefighter.
No fire can mess with you!
This is a story related achievement that unlocks when you put the fire out, outside your house using a bucket of water (the bucket is in the shed, behind the picture on the wall, the water is obtained from the well). See video walkthrough part 1 @ 7:20 to 11:59 for further assistance.
The real lumberjack.
Who needs the boring tools?
This is a story related achievement that unlocks when you chop down Frank the tree using a badger captured from down the rabbit hole using your sock (which was in the blanket you cut open with a knife). See video walkthrough part 2 @ 0:09 to 7:54 for further assistance.
Astronaut.
You can really bring down the stars for a woman.
This is a story related achievement that unlocks when you give Melissa (the minivan/car) a star, which is actually a crystal obtained from the hillside on the opposite side of the ravine with the broken bridge. See video walkthrough part 2 @ 10:05 to part 3 @ 1:10 for further assistance.
Cowpocalypsed.
You witnessed how the end started. What do you do with this knowledge?
This is a story related achievement that unlocks when you complete Episode 1 of Cowpocalypse.
