1:First make a 2 layer base
2:Put axels
3:Place tires on the axles
420:make front ones steer
4:Make a frame
5:Put a pre built cab (and bed if its a truck) on the frame
6:Place a motor under the hood of your vehicle
7:Put a driver seat
8:Do what ever you like!
Now you have a car!
