Maf's Sparta Mod

This mod makes numerous tweaks to the Sparta faction and adds new units: Spartan Royal Pikemen, Spartan Krypteia, Perioikoi Swordsmen, and Perioikoi Archers. The goal of this mod is to retain the unique limitations of the faction while making the limitations less arbitrary.

Changes:
- Remove maximum cap for Spartan units
- Spartan units can now only be built in the Hellas province
- Spartan units take more turns to build
- Increased upkeep and charge bonus for Spartan Hoplites to make them comparable to other Hoplites
- Heroes of Sparta have increased stats and unit size (now 160) to make them an ultra elite unit beyond Royal Spartans, but have increase cost, upkeep, and build times to compensate.
- Added Corinthian helmet variation to all Spartan units to help them stand out from Perioikoi units

Added 4 new units:
- Spartan Royal Pikemen, an elite pike unit. Requires Royal Barracks (tier 4) to recruit in campaign mode.
- Spartan Krypteia, an elite amush sword unit. Requires Royal Barracks (tier 4) to recruit in campaign mode.
- Perioikoi Swordsmen, a medium sword unit equipped with javelins. Requires tier 3 Barracks or Camp to recruit in campaign mode.
- Perioikoi Archers, a bow unit with medium armor and small shields. Requires tier 4 Camp to recruit in campaign mode.
