some textures that are meant for one specific part of the body might be used for multiple parts, and there's nothing you can really do about it.

Like Foxy with his Teeth Texture which isn't supposed to be on some of his Parts except for his Teeth?

Get the Sub Material tool, find a model to take the materials from, click your reload key which will copy the material, and place it on what you wanna change on the model with the broken textures.

I use Sub Material tool, and I grab different textures off a different model.
