On Your Way
On Your Way Successfully defeat your first enemy.

This achievement is unmissable. It is obtained normally simply by playing through the game regularly.
Precision
Precision Complete a battle without failing a spell.

For this achievement, you don't have to get the entire song perfect. You simply need to successfully execute each spell that you cast. In the statistics window, your Spells Attempted/Spells Cast should be 100%.

Manafont
Manafont Recover over 150 mana in a single battle, and win.

The easiest way to get this early without prematurely ending the battle is to keep casting barrier and healing spells to drain your mana slowly. As you drain it, just keep on repleneshing your mana via the mana field.

The Mana Recovered stat is in the same box as the Accuracy stat.
Triple Fortune
Triple Fortune Obtain all three droppable items from any single enemy.

After the tutorial, you will have the option of fighting enemies over and over. This enables you to farm an enemy multiple times until you get all of its drops.
Yet, I Love The Holidays
Yet, I Love The Holidays Defeat the Holiday Whompa.

The Holiday Whompa is located on the first floor. You can fight it immediately after the tutorial is done. It has a slightly higher BPM than the other 2 enemies but it is just as easy to defeat.

Quarter Quell
Quarter Quell Successfully complete a synthesis at 25% odds of success or lower.

The only thing that you sacrifice when you synthesize an item is experience. Crafting materials get sent back to you if the process fails. Experience on the other hand is an unlimited resource so you can imagine that this achievement is actually straightforward.

Perfect Run
Perfect Run While learning a spell, achieve 100% accuracy for the entire song.

You can earn this achievement as soon as synthesizing becomes available to you. You will need to synth a scroll that can teach you magic if you complete the condition plus pay the price (experience). Just score 100% on one of these opportunities to get the achievement.

Buzzer Beater
Buzzer Beater Defeat an enemy with less than one second remaining on the clock.

For the sake of simplicty, I did this achievement on Casual while fighting a Violent Dwarf from the 2nd floor. Get the enemy's hp low enough so they die after 1 more Arclight. After setting it up, wait until just a little under 8 seconds (7.8~7.9) to activate Arclight. If done right, the spell will finish casting under the 1 second mark. If you look at the video closely, you'll see that I activated Arclight over 8 seconds. You can still do this but I you will barely make the cut. In that video I ended up beating the enemy at 0.97 seconds left on the clock.

P's And Queue's
P's And Queue's Queue up five spells in a row.

You can do this achievement as soon as you reach Floor the Fourth and get Spell Slot 5. I recommend using the highest mana items currently available to you as well as a Goblet which reduces mana costs by a percentage. I also advise equipping your lowest cost spells. In my case it was Azure Wind, Trigger Boost 1, Fallout, Spheric, Arclight. You can also use Barrier instead of any other spell in there.

Once you have the items and spells assembled, start a battle with any enemy and wait for all your cooldowns to come off. Immediately switch to the Mana Field right away. Once all of your spells are ready, cast them all in quick succession (LB or RB). I recommend using the spell with the logenst sequence first (to give you time to activate the other spells). The achievement should pop up as soon as you cast them all.

Ail For What Cures Ya
Ail For What Cures Ya Defeat an enemy using only poison spells.

There are only 2 poison spells (Damage Over Time) in the game. One is Fallout and One is Miasma. Simply kill one of the floor one mobs with this one spell to get the achievement.
Time Despair
Time Despair Defeat an enemy within eleven seconds.

Since Spheric is your lowest cooldown spell, it is your best choice in obtaining this achievement. At around level 12-13 with the best offensive items currently available to you, you will be able to kill the lowest HP Floor the First monster in one shot. Cast Spheric as soon as it is off cooldown and you should get the achievement.
Another Castle
Another Castle Get her back.

Story-related. This one is obtained after beating Floor the Fifth.
Arc-lit (Arclit)
Arclit Defeat an enemy on the seventh floor using only Arclight.

For this achievement I strongly recommend bringing a cooldown accessory (Candlestick). I also suggest fighting the Sunlit Storm because you are given over 4 minutes to keep casting Arclight. That should be enough time to kill it for the achievement.

Presents Are Accounted For
Presents Are Accounted For Obtain every droppable item in the game at least once.

Yo Dawg
Yo Dawg Trigger Boost a Trigger Boost.

To get this achievement you simply need to cast Trigger 1 and 2 (to boost each other) successfully in the same battle.
Meant For Each Other
Meant For Each Other Beat the game on any difficulty.

Story-related. Gained for defeating the final boss after Floor the Seventh.

Element 77
Element 77 Synthesize Iridium.

Iridium is crafted by synthesizing a Half Prism, Prism Half, and a Radiance. The Prism halves can be obtained by crafting recipes from the regular floors. Radiance is gained from the boss after the 7th floor.

A Little Too Into It
A Little Too Into It Synthesize every recipe in the game.

Here are all the recipes gained in each floor/level.

*** The final boss room and ??? have not applicable labels because instead of having recipes, the boss fights there drop completed products. ***

Erudite
Erudite Learn all spells.

The scrolls for Luminary Storm and Amber Glow are obtained from the final boss after floor 7.

The only thing I have to say about this achievement is that you should at least practice the Luminary scroll before attempting it. It's as hard as you would expect for one of the final tasks in the game. Even more so if you are musically challenged. The biggest obstacle when doing Luminary Storm's song is that it changes pace a few times going from super slow to super fast. It also costs 15k experience per attempt which is why I urge you to practice first no matter how good you think you are.

Iris
Iris Discover the name of she who controls fate.

The item 'Extract' which is dropped by Sunlit Storm has a description in binary. When it is translated to ASCII, you get /tcag. Solving this puzzle leads you to http://www.playiridium.com/tcag

Well done, Ky.

While on the "Gear" screen, hold down the Left Trigger, Right Trigger, A, Y, and then press Down on the D-Pad. (Alternately, hold down 'C', 'A', and 'N', and then hit the comma key.)
You're the key. The genetic fulcrum. If only you knew what Mir was attempting to do.
But perhaps, this way, it is best.

Lies Within Lies
Lies Within Lies See the hidden ending.

After crafting Iridium, you are able to access ??? from the floor selection menu. Inside you will find a copy of your consciousness. Once you beat him, you will get an item called tnlug.exe. This item will enable you to see the hidden ending after beating Mir.

You can unlock Arclit without this cooldown item. I've just got it while being at 29lvl and I had well over 1 minute stillon the clock. Nice guide anyway!

Thanks for the info on Iris, I never would have got it without help.

Thanks for the info on Iris. I figured out the binary, put it through a binary to ascii, and saw /tcag but knew enough about genetics to figure that for just an inside joke. I didn't think to translate that into html and go to a site... Ahh well. Thanks anyway!

Unfortunately you'll have to contact the developer. That seems like a problem that is beyond me. Sorry. :sad_creep:

For some reason, the Lies Within Lies achievement won't trigger for me... First time I completed the game I was pretty sure I had done absolutely everything so I was a bit puzzled but shrugged it off. Today, I've decided to look into it and get that 100% achievement, and turns out I do have tnlug.exe item, I've seen the secret ending (checked on youtube that it was indded THE secret ending) and still no achievement... Anything that can be done about that?

Thanks!

Sorry for the late reply. I'm glad you found it.

Ha, I'm a fool. If anyone else somehow finds themselves in my position, Professor Higgins drops it back on Floor 3. It was the one drop I somehow missed!
Proust 28 May, 2015 @ 10:00pm
Hey author, if you're still around do you know where you get the Siren Call spell? I beat all the floors and got every other spell, but don't seem to have it...

I played it on both the highest and lowest difficulties and found no issues with unlocking achievements.

I would check with the developer since it may be a separate issue. :squirtooh:
