Soviet Nato Name Lists

This is a smaller mod from a much larger project I am working on but I decided I would release it anyway.

This mod combines Laðy Lambðaðelta ‘s Russian Namelist https://steamhost.cn/steamcommunity_com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=1707229121 and Jonny Googs Neat NATO Namelist https://steamhost.cn/steamcommunity_com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=1128835380 , this is not however compatible with NSC like Neat NATO.

Unique Features for NATO include population weighted character name lists for all founding members of NATO, including Iceland and Germany, as well as historically accurate (According to Wikipedia) Monarchy names for each applicable founding member.

Unique Features for the Soviet Union Namelist include expanded, non generic ship name lists based on modern equivalents for Russia and historic USSR ships. Titans and Colossi are named after nicknames for Soviet Atom bombs. Russian districts for planet names and population weighted character name lists with historical monarchy names for Poland, Germany and Russia, the big modern three from the Soviet Union in my opinion. Apologies if you are from any other former soviet state and feel offended for not being included.

It is unlikely I will expand further on these for the time being as I need to move on to the rest of the project now that they are in an acceptable state. Again, Thank you to both Laoy and Johnny for allowing me to use parts of their Namelists, you will both be credited again upon release of my final mod.
