Fix to get Quest Log Journal to work in 4k Resolutions or any above 1080P

Here's a workaround to get the Quest Log Journal to display while playing any resolution over 1080p.

I run the game at 3840x2160 and I'm able to see the quest journal!
Here's how I did it:
1. I set my resolution on my PC to 1920x1080 (Normally I run it at it's Native Resolution of 3840x2160)
2. Run the game and set it to your 4k resolution (My games resolution is set to 3840x2160)
3. Whenever I need to read the Quest Log Journal I hit alt-enter.
The game minimizes to my desktop resolution and I'm able to read the Quest Log Journal.
When I've read what I needed on it I hit alt-enter again, the game is back to 3840x2160.
Do this whenever you need to read the Quest Log Journal and you now have a workaround!
