The most common reason why files conflict is because both add-ons work on the same file. Unfortunately, nothing can be done about it; you will have to pick either one.
As to your question why my add-on does not function after disabling the conflicting add-on, it can happen so the solution is to restart your game client.

It turns out it was Mr.Beard's https://steamhost.cn/steamcommunity_com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=624543433&searchtext=Smart+Bots that was responsible for causing the reserve ammunition of this mod of yours to not appear nor function properly whenever I had both of these mods activated together. I'm so happy and elated that I finally found out what was causing my frustrating issue!!!!
