The Floor is Lava

WARNING! This mod can be incredibly frustrating and confusing if you don't take the time to understand it, realize that this is a very difficult challenge which transforms trivial tasks into ridiculous feats.

Uh oh! Looks like the ground just got a bit deadlier!
This mod introduces a dangerous concept: The Floor can kill you!

"Say, doesn't that make the game impossible?"

Wise thought, but no! There is a way to combat the evil that is the Death Floor.

This mod is a play on the pretend game The Floor is Lava. It utilizes the game's failsafe feature called Safe Spots. Safe Spots are places where Hat Kid is on "safe" ground, used as a return point for if the game thinks she is stuck somewhere.

A Safe Spot is set if you stand on a safe surface for longer than 1 frame. Thankfully, the power of Input Assist allows you to "buffer" a 1-Frame Jump by pressing jump slightly before you touch the ground! This will cause you to jump the instant you hit the ground, avoiding setting a Safe Spot.

This mod quite simply, will kill you if you set a new safe spot. You can save yourself by performing an immunity action, which allows the game to be completeable with this mod enabled. The rest though, is up to you!
