"The badges may be unusual but they are all low tier operatives - the pawn, the wooden sword, the grunt and so on. The featured badge is from Mudrunner, only the level 1 but one of my favourite badges. The item on the right under the recent badges section is an item from a game that has limited profile features activated. The medals are on trade - like so often in real life in pawn shops.

Might have over-cooked it with all the zeroes - Steam would just leave those details blank.
