Steam allows you to upload custom game art to the games in your library now, but it restricts it to PNG format. This guide shows you how to get past this and upload animated art. This guide will get revamped later...

1. Download any animated image you want.
   
   
2. Rename the .gif extension to .png
   
   
   
   
   • If you're unable to edit the extension, make sure "hide extensions for known file types" is unchecked in your File Explorer Options.
     
     
   
   
3. Right click any image in your Steam library, click set custom art, and choose your animation.
