1. Wait until the boss is dead
2. Then a few seconds after the boss is dead, press and hold his v skill (mantra), note that you are not require to hold v during his victory screen
3. If done properly, Soma will still be levitating when she suppose to be doing victory pose
4. Then after the reward screen, she will fall down and be stuck in his victory pose.
5. Have Fun experimenting with this.

A new thing was found that if you land Soma near the shop/bank thing, it will result in a pretty zoom in or zoom out image of Soma pose

Also, I wasn't able to provide any coop gameplay, so can anyone please play a match with a random stranger online (as soma of course) do this and see if Soma still do this victory pose even after when it suppose to end.
