Опис
Rulership events should happen more often.

This was an unpublished mod I added to the Community Patch with Improved Genetics 2.0 and Other Mods.

Changed title. Didn't realize/forgot there's another mod with the same name.

@Riekopo Compared to events in other foci, the rulership events had really low weights. Weights determine how often the events fire. I'd have to check the vanilla files but I think they were around 20. I changed them to 200. Actually I think I might have missed a few, so I'm going to do another round.
