Faster Replenishment (Base Rate x2 - extra 4% replenishment)

Описание

Replenish your units and generals faster with this 4% replenishment boost.

Only base rate is boosted - other replenishment percentages are the same (bonuses for faction, characters, supplies and population).

Applies to player and AI.
