@riaantimson I think I'd change the mixed buildings to eco-specialisation. They produce much less noise and traffic.

A lot of these mixed use buildings are giving service and noise pollution notifications. City population fluctuates heavily when I place these. The buildings eventually become unoccupied. Quite frustrating since these are my favorite style buildings on the workshop. Any suggestions for a workaround would be welcome

Still Floating for me. Any ideas how to fix?

How do you place the upper part on top of a lower part of these buildings. I'm sure I managed it a few years ago but micro-strokes have made me a bit stupid and forgetful. I need a quick reminder of how the darned things work. What mod(s) do I use? PLEASE HELP. Knowing I used to use these but not remembering how is driving me nuts.

All these awesome Smilies buildings. I need a zonable District style just for Smilies's creations. Although, I guess that wouldn't work for Modulars. Hmmmm

I have the same exact issue as kevin posted on Jan 12,
and for the record I do not have the Sunset Harbor expansion either. Any reason for the floating buildings?

I've subscribed your four assets "mix-use corner","120 degree mix use corner", "120 degree mix use corner 40m" and "mix use 89m", but when I trying to put the asset into my game, it just all happen to miss the bottom part of the building. The building looks like "float" on the air, do somebody know why? I am sure that I've also subscribed the required mod and required assets as well as RICO and Loading Screen Mod, but no matter how I tried, the bottom part of building still missed, so frustrating :( ......

Is ploppable RICO indeed still working fine for you guys then? I was thinking of trying it out and some RICO assets, like this one, but I saw a lot of comments there like "having issuez" "doez not workz" "update pleaze" wanted to ask around, if these are idiots posting these comments or..?
