To create a gloomy atmosphere, you need install ReShade and to lower the graphics settings:
1) Add Reshade to "...\THQBCNP1\GothicRemake\Binaries\Win64"

Game settings
2) Post-processing to "Medium"
3) Shadows to "Medium"
