Nobody bothered doing something for over 22 years and I lack the skills to put those changes into the game. So this is literally just "better than nothing".

Many are wondering about the censoring. In the 90's it was standard practice to censor any "adult content" from any media. This was mainly due to the fact that things like cartoons/games were viewed as strictly entertainment for kids. Although this way of thinking is still prevalent in America among older citizens today, thanks to younger generations this is slowly changing. :)
Thank god for that.

I don't know if it's the sole reason, but there is one dialogue that requires such a change to work:

NPC: Of course I know Java, but I'm more of a mocha person myself.
Justin: ......??? What's this guy talking about?

NPC: We don't have any Java here. If you want Java, go to the cafe in the north of town.
Sue: They're talking right past each other but it still makes sense.

Kind of. It not censored (it is an actual cafe), just badly translated. It's part of a monologue that spans 3 textboxes. Box 2 and 3 didn't fit together at all.

Humph. This cafe has gone completely down hill. They
