step 1. pick a character
step 2. get lvl 20
step 3. run into dungeons way to hard for u
step 4. die and rage
step 5. repeat

Get lvl 20.
Then go into dungeons such as Sprite Worlds, Snake Pits and Undead Lairs to max those stats. Then move up to Abyss of Demons, Sewers and Puppet Master's Theatre. Max those stats given from the dungeons. Then up to the harder ones like Shatters, Tomb of the Ancients and Lost Halls to get the life and mana potions.

I have 400 hours and am just now getting good. Part of it is that I have actually started taking my time and realizing that you really do have to max things out and it takes time. THIS GAME IS HARD and lvl 20 is just the beginning of what you have to get to.
