1. Before anything else
This build is NOT so easy to use unlike anarchist rogue ,,meta builds"
It commands respect, but it provides massive rewards in return which I'll explain later.

Before trying to touch rest of the guide be sure to know basic game mechanics that exist one the Death Sentence difficulty as it is vital part of not doing down so often with this or any other build.

To each and every skill that I decided to include in my build I'll provide explanation why it is a part of this build.

Important note : You need to have Infamy level II in order for this build to work
Put your spare point in the ,,Set of the Corrupted" skill in order to save 2 points in first build
2. General overview

P.S.
Please do not trashtalk me for wearing Trump Mask, I just like the design of it :P
3. Weapons and equipment
Primary weapon

Just your typical and overpowered piece of nice weapon Izhma Shotgun
Specs :
000 Buckshot Ammo
Short Barrel
Donald's Horizontal Leveller
Concealment Boost
Auto Fire
Hollow Handle
Compact Laser Module
AK Rubber Grip
Big Brother Magazine

Secondary Weapon

Secondary Weapon
Judge Shotgun
Specs :
HE Rounds
Concealment Boost
Compact Laser Module if you wish

Throwable
We aren't left with too much of a choice, as the Kingpin deck comes with injector as standard

Melee weapon
I highly suggest picking either of those 2:
Electrical Brass Knuckles
Buzzer

Deployable
First Aid Kits (x14)
4. Mastermind skills

Medic

Combat medic - Basic - Unlocking for higher tier skills.

Quick Fix - Aced - Decreased by 50% FAK deploy time and also for unlocking higher tier skills.

Uppers - Aced - Unlocking this enables us to put 14 FAKS around the map and grants the ability to use them when we're in 5 meter radius when our HP drops to 0 once every 20s. after activating the cooldown.

Inspire - Aced - Basic version gives our teammates speed bonus when we shout at them (F) and make us manually revive teammates faster (3s instead of 6s), Aced version however, allows us to revive downed teammates within 9 meter range by shouting at them (F) once every 20s.

Controller

Forced friendship - Basic - Makes us tie down civs 75% faster and gives us 4 additional cable ties

Joker - Aced - Basic level of this skill give us opportunity to convert one surrendered law enforcer onto our side, works for all non-special units . Aced version makes converted cops deal 35% more dmg, which may not seem like a lot, but it works perfectly with bigger groups of converts, and decreases the convertion time by 65%.

Confident - Aced - Aced version allows us to have 2 converted cops at the same time per player.
So, remember kids, do NOT kill other people's freaking converts!

Partners in crime - Aced - Entry level version of this gives us 10% movement speed with one convert present and makes him receive 45% less damage. Upgraded version makes us also gain 30% more health and make the convert a true meatshield, which is the main purpose of having one(or two), giving him 99% damage reduction.

Hostage Taker - Aced - This skill (its ace version) makes us gain 4,5% health every 5 seconds while having at least one converted cop or hostage (civilian or police).
This skill extremly important source of healing so be sure to have at least that one hostage.

5. Enforcer skills

Shotgunner

Underdog - Basic - Gives us 15% damage boost (7s) while we're being targeted by 3 or more enemies in 18m. range at the same time.

Shotgun CQB - Aced
Originally posted by Payday Wikipedia:

The Aced version behaves as the Rifleman skill, where the zooming is faster

Shotgun Impact - Aced - While aced, gives us 15% more damage (in total) and provides us 8 more weapon stability.

Close by - Aced - Makes us able to hip-fire from our Izhma&Judge, increases the rate of fire by 35% and adds 15 shells to our magazine size which is huge bonus.

Overkill - Basic - Killing an enemy with our shotgun gives us 75% damage boost that stacks with Underdog basic mentioned above.

Tank

Resilience - Aced Little bit of faster armor regen, what matters here is the -75% for the duration of the flashbang effect on our screens.

Die Hard - Basic Makes us take 50% less damage while interacting, which is one of the very best skills in the entire build.

Bullseye - Basic With a successfull headshot, we gain 5 armor units, which may seem like nothing, but as the armor in PD2 is broken as hell it counts like another tanked hit without our health going down, which of course is that what we all want.

NOTE! Having ,,Die Hard" aced is going to give you extra survivability while having LBV on Kingpin, allowing to tank extra shot from light ZEAL units, medics etc..
6. Technician skills

I do not find any of the Technician skills mandatory for this build to work, so nothing to see here
However, if you decide to modify my build, feel free to invest some points here in for example
Drill Upgrades.
7. Ghost skills

Artful Dodger

Duck and Cover - Basic - Provides us more stamina and faster regeneration of it, also makes us run faster

Parkour - Aced - Basic version gives us more movement speed, same as above, additionally, allows us to sprint in ALL directions (also backwards) and reload while sprinting

Silent Killer

Second Wind - Basic - Gives us 30% movement speed after our armor being broken for 5 seconds

Optical Illusions - Basic - Makes us 35% less likely to be targeted by cops (useful if you run out of injector time)

Low Blow - Aced - You might think acing this skill is a waste of points. Here, this is not the case at all. It makes us gain 30% critical hit change while having <25 detection risk, instead of <6 like in the basic version.

8. Fugitive skills

Revenant

Nine Lives - Aced - Gives us ability to get downed one more time before visiting warm police station's cell (2 lives on One Down, 4 lives on Death Sentence or any other in-game difficulty

Reasons why I dont choose to include Swan Song, Feign Death, Messiah or other things in this tree :
  • I do not find these skills useful in any point while considering the main point of this build [Not going down like crazy on DS]. Those provide us some kinds of boosts while being downed, not active.

  • I do not have any spare points left

However, if you feel like playing more on Death Sentence rather on OD, feel free to pick something different than Nine Lives, for example Drill Skills to help your team.
9. Gameplay tips
Here I list some of my very best advice for you guys to take into consideration while playing this build as they come as an extremly valuable asset that can't be bought anywhere : Knowledge and Practice

  • Make a use of your passive 80% hp bonus
You can tank extra stuff, especially when you're doing objectives with die hard basic (or aced) you can tank a few shots with your HP and then activate your injector for most efficient way of completing objectives without dying.

  • Cover is your best friend at any give time.
Especially when your injector is on cooldown.
I know this is obvious but many new players tend to
just run around the map and bless RNG which usually
    does not end up well

  • Use your HE Judge to deal with shields and Dozer's face plates
easily (preferably jump out of cover shoot the entire magazine to
their face and finish them with Izhma)

  • Bullseye allows us to tank a hit or two, then hit again
(after we activate bullseye) and finally use our injector
to get 6s of almost invincibility

  • Die Hard basic allows you to be the repair man for
the drill or just longer objectives, e.g. if you have full health you
can tank 2 hits from ZEAL unit besides armor and then you can
activate your injector which allows you to do much longer objectives
than normal people are capable of without swan song

  • Do not place FAKS everywhere like some people suggest (unless you play more stationary heists such as Bank Heist), try to save them for more hardcore moments

  • Your biggest threats are : Green dozers, regular shotgun cops and snipers. Keep yourself
on a distance between you and shotgun units mentioned above as they can one shot you even while your injector is active. Snipers aren't as bad tho, as you can tank their shots with injector and they shouldn't kill you with one shot if you have full health and armor at any time unlike shotgun cucks

  • If you play with teammates, try to be sort of a meatshield, injector makes cops more likely to target you instead of your homies so unless there is a shotgun ♥♥♥ be sure do to so if your teammates are doing some sort of interaction no longer than 4-5s or just trying to move from place to place

  • Do not hesitate on using the injector as it may result in you dying instead of ,,saving it for later"
You might as well just dont get shot when you activate it which is frustrating to me and probably for many, but it is better than being shot dead

  • Hostage Taker -
Convets are your friends, it is your 2nd and most reliable source of healing besides the injector with armor (you get HP back when you get hit while having armor with injector active and it is below certain point of your health bar)

Technician skill tree is useless, let someone else be the drill guy xD

Maps to AVOID while using this build
Personally I can use this build on every map this game has to offer, but for less crazy/experienced players I would suggest to avoid :
    • Goat Simulator
    • Lab Rats
    • Bomb: Forest (If played solo)
The reason for that is simple : There isn't too much of any practical cover on the maps mentioned above besides very few places that not many people know about (let me know if you want me to make a guide on such places later ! :D)

10. Last words
I would be very excited to get some feedback or any sort of improvement that you think is reasonable to put in here, which you can send me in the comments section below.

As I mentioned in the guide, nothing beats experience, practice and map knowledge, use those elements on your advantage over others and become the ultimate heister :)

Thank you for your attention fellas :)
Worth testing stoic version
Stoic version
A great friend of mine, TeRRor, has taken up a challenge to try to convert this build to be playable with stoic.

If you have some time to check it, please do, as it may be a good alternative if Kingpin doesn't fit your playstyle

DS - Death Sentence (highest in game diff)
OD - One Down (used to be highest diff, now it's a modifier that makes you go to custody with 2nd down without nine lives)

I personally don't see any reason whatsoever to go rogue on DS difficulty as it provides rather bad benefits comparing it to other loud based perk decks, like stoic, hacker, kingpin, anarchist, armorer or even grinder.
In terms of dodge, Hacker at least requires brain to use it properly, unlike rogue where you can just run around map and bless RNG not to get hit
Kingpin, however, is not simple as it sounds, (*oh 6s of ,,invincibility" so hard to use*)
Try playing kingpin on more open maps like lab rats, goatsim, bombforest, meltdown without getting downed on DS and you'll change your mind :)

kingpin veri hard to use men it takes a button press! unlike rogue!!!!

I might consider doing another guide on some less widely used weapons also with Kingpin to satisfy people like you :) (no offence by that)
I get your point that it's tedious to see this zuccgun in 90% of the buids :P
