Max level 70

Max level is 70 for Lords and Heroes.

Skill points

Lords and heroes get 4 skill points per level.

Skill dump

Skill dump unlocks at level 15 for heroes and 25 for lords.

@TheTop42 When a character maxes out their skills but still has points to spend, which becomes super annoying as you have to click on him to end your turn. The skill dump lets you pump in points to make it go away.
