Hello my name is Sukcul, I have been playing Pandemic Express since June 18th of 2019.
When I was a noob at this game I didn't quite grasp the idea of the sets and only thought they where for cosmetic purposes (That was the idea at the beginning)

So to help out noobs that have started the game I will show you the full set and their Perk so then you'll know which set to get and help you out in game!

The Original set (Rebellious one)

Perk: Gives +1 Shield when equipped fully

Outfit Prices:

1. Face of rebellion
Price: Free

2. Heart of rebellion
Price: Free

3. Empty
Price: Free

The Doubt set is (In my opinion) quite useful.

Perk: having 3 weapon slots, which would come in handy.

He is a bit pricey though so it will take a while to collect enough stars for him.

Outfit Prices:

1. Mask of doubt
Price: 35 stars

2. Sweater of doubt
Price: 40 stars

3. Bag of doubt
Price: 45 stars

TOTAL: 120 stars

The lover one is mostly used by more experienced players.

Perk: Vampirism
If your around the end of the game and there's loads of zombies, have a rocket launcher, kill them while having low health you would gain loads of health, and you would survive. Overall a very useful set

Outfit Prices:

1. Lover's mask
Price: 15 stars

2. Lover's shirt
Price: 20 stars

3. Lover's pants
Price: 17 stars

TOTAL: 52 stars

The safety one is not quite popular among Veteran players.

Perk: Has 5 shields but only 1 health
Safety is the cheapest set but is also the most useless. Safety's perk is having 5 shields. I know what your thinking, "That sounds quite useful why is it not the best one?" Well you only have 1 heart and cannot regenerate when they're all gone.

Outfit Prices:

1. Mask of safety
Price: 6 stars

2. Sweater of safety
Price: 10 stars

3. Mittens of safety
Price: 8 stars

TOTAL: 24 stars

The Vanity set (Arrogant one) is the most expensive set in the game.

Perk: Allows player to use Triple Jump

Outfit Prices:

1. Mask of vanity
Price: 100 stars

2. Jacket of vanity
Price: 100 stars

3. Sneakers of vanity
Price: 100 stars

TOTAL: 300 stars

The Leader set is the 3rd most expensive set and from my assumption, more new players might want to use.

Perk: Invisible while crouching
I find this quite useful when your in a sticky situation with 4 zombies desperately trying to kill you, yet it does not work when you're aboard the train

Outfit Prices:

1. Leader's Eyes - 70 stars

2. Leader's Skin - 80 stars

3. Leader's Prosthesis - 80 stars

TOTAL: 230 stars

The Hope set is the 2nd most expensive set in the game and also the most useful one (In my Opinion)

Perk: Is given a rifle with one bullet for turning a Zombie (one per match)
I use this set when my friend dies so we meet up and I revive him. It's quite useful and personally my favourite!

Outfit Prices:

1. Gaze of Hope: 90 stars

2. Spirit of Hope: 100 stars

3. Weapon of Hope: 100 stars

TOTAL: 290 stars
