In game settings you can't to set keyboard control for both character but from registry you can.

1. Open registry (Win+R then type regedit there)
2. Go to

HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Big Fat Cat Studio\Kika & Daigo: A Curious Tale

3. Set value 1 for ControlP1 and ControlP2
