skill_potion (v.2)

This mod adds Skill Potions to the game's Blacksmiths (default blacksmiths in Act 1, 2, 3, 4).

The potion comes in three variants:

Elixir of Lesser Skill: +1 to All Skills
Elixir of Skill: +2 to All Skills
Elixir of Greater Skill: +3 to All Skills

Potions also affect Spell rank. The +skill effect lasts for 15 minutes per use.

Current Limitations:
- You must have at least 1 point in a skill otherwise the potion will have no effect.
- The skill progress bar will not change after using a potion.

COMPATIBILITY: Should be compatitble with every mod out there. Put it anywhere in your load order.
