"Step 1: Go to:
\Steam\steamapps\common\ToothAndTail\content\textures\ui\portraits\matchover
and rename "win_military.png" to "win_militaryORIGINAL.png". This is your backup, and if you ever want to restore it, simply delete what you downloaded in Step 2 and remove the word "ORIGINAL" from the filename.

Step 2: Download this file to \Steam\steamapps\common\ToothAndTail\content\textures\ui\portraits\matchover
