their is a green switch at the back to enable and disable her defence mode

green switch: (disabled by default)

list of non targeted NPCs:
Man Hacks, Roller Mines, Scanners, Turrets, Hunter-choppers, Stalkers, Ceiling Turrets, Antlion, Grubs, Barnacles, Striders, Humans, Any NPCs from addons that are based off the NPCs listed above

but do note that ceiling combine cameras may be a problem as the machine is unable to reach them and will be hostile to them as they class as a "combine" unit.
