Project X is a first person shooter game, you play as a scientist / hunter tasked with hunting a beast that hunts in the area.

Notes:
• The game is very buggy, and you may experience bugs that won't allow you to switch weapons. The only solution to that is reloading your save.
  
• When you reload your save all the items re-spawn, and the items in your inventory remain.
  
• When dying you re-spawn at the main camp without any items, but the damage dealt to the monster remains.
  
• Shotgun shells DO NOT respawn when you die, so try to not pick all of the ammo available on the map. keep it in case you die.
  
• You can check your life bar, monster's life bar and time of day and more using your phone. Press Tab to use it.
  
• A minute in game equals to around a second in real life.
  
• Achievements work both in solo and multiplayer.

You got around 13~ minutes after starting a new game to prepare for the monster encounter to easily kill it. that should be more than enough as the map is rather small.

Start a new game.
Walk to towards the girl looking at the sign, and follow her.
You should reach a camp with other people

Get inside the tent and interact with the skull there.

Press ESC to back out.

Get outside and head right towards the table.
You will see a map, and a flashlight and binoculars on the table. grab the items.
On the same table look near the laptop, and you should see a small medallion. Interact with it.

From now on you should start using the map. Press 3 to use it and find the locations quickly and easily.
Head to D4 - Forester Tower.
head all the way up the tower and open the top drawer. Inside you will find a first aid kit, and in the bottom drawer some shotgun shells.

Go to D5 close to E5, and you will find a cabin named Forester house.
Enter it and pick up shells from the table.
Open the chest and take all the traps from inside.
Also take the shotgun hanging on the wall.

Save the game now

Reload it, and open the chest and pick up the traps again.
Repeat the process until you got 15 traps. (You can even farm more but its overkill)


Now head to A6 and you will find a cave. This is where our monster resides.
Press 6 to select a trap and place all our traps near the entrance of the cave by right clicking like so:

Keep waiting at the cave entrance and prepare your shotgun, remember to reload it.
You can only shoot while aiming down sights; hold right to aim, and left to shoot.
The monster should come out of the cave at exactly 18:00.
You can check the time by using the in game phone. Press tab to open it.
As soon as the monster appears it should step on the traps and die.
you can finish it off with the shotgun if it didn't.

For this achievement simply survive until morning, which takes around 30 minutes from starting a new game. Until 8:00 AM in game.
You can check the phone by pressing TAB to check time
Simply go to the main camp or any other safe location and idle until it pops.
