Description
This theme can be used for maps that range from a quite arid environment to completely desert. You can adjust the "level of dryness" of your map by painting more or less resources. I made a custom LUT to go with this theme and I suggest you use that, but there's other LUTs that work well with this.
If you have Daylight Classic you have to enable "All to After Dark", for everybody else this should look fine. You can use Ultimate Eyecandy in case you find this theme too dark/light.

----- TEXTURES -----

One or more textures have been created with textures from sketchuptextureclub.com.
These textures may not be redistributed by default; please visit www.sketchuptextureclub.com for more information.

Actually, ALL textures were taken from that site, but that's what they told me to copy here (just wanted to point that out).
Anyway, you'll notice that I used a sand texture for "oil" and not for "sand" itself, that's because if they were switched the arid texture would have looked a bit green-ish (since resources textures are just overlayed on the grass texture).
The only vanilla textures I left are roads and the ones on buildings (exept the bases).
I also switched the vanilla moon to an actual moon image from NASA.

Thanks for reporting that. I just checked and what you said probably happens if you're using a mod that unlocks the 25 tiles. With 81 tiles it works correctly and without the mods it doesn't mess the stats. You could subscribe and activate the 81 mod too, it should fix that even without using all the tiles. The alternative is to just subtract the dam output (pretty stable around 200MW) to your production. I hope this can solve the problem!

Man, if you could please, remove the water eletric facility, it doesn't work, the game doesn't allow us to use it because it's away from the usable area, or, if you could move it to somewhere where we can actually buy the terrain. It messes up the game electricity information. And also, the same applies to the sewage treatment you've put there. It's beautiful for a scenario, but messes the game measurings.

Really good map, had a good time building a big city in an arid themed area. Remembered me of the O'Good GTA SA when it was Las Venturas, even put the same songs to play in the background. Good job mate! Hope you keep going with your maps!
