This is the Improved size llopn shotgun from llopn animation (his mods are amazing, you should check his mods here https://steamhost.cn/steamcommunity_com/id/GameB_IIopn/myworkshopfiles/ )

Notice: The retail shotgun look super different then the actual vanilla retail shotgun model from llopn shotgun animation as you can see before and after pictures, well that's because I had to resize the model of the retail shotgun to make the barrels long and make the size looks similar to the classic shotgun (which old llopn animation he posted back in 2015)
I did my best to make it shape like the classic shotgun.

make an folded stock version of this along with an unfolded version, there's a folded stock shotgun on the workshop by goodusername12345 so use that as a template for it

I'm not sure if fixing this is beyond your control but the shells clip through the shotgun while you're reloading:

Is anyone else getting a mild sound error? The pickup animation isn't synced with the audio, but after that it works.
