Morathi's Starting Medusa

Description
Adds upkeep reductions to Morathi's 'Dark Manipulator' trait for all Medusa units.

Adds a Bloodwrack Medusa to Morathi's starting army.

(No units are replaced)

(Works in both Eye of the Vortex and Mortal Empires)

I'm no scripter so I can't really say but I think it just needs something like
"if faction:is_human() == false then" before the function to add the unit.

Greetings! Great mod!
I was wondering, how do I make it so the starting unit only delivers to the specified faction if it's played by the AI? I was wondering, making some personal tweaks.

Unlike the screenshots, I get -20% for both Bloodwrack Medusa and Bloodwrack Shrine units. Whether it's intentional change or not, I can't complain. Still like it :)

I had done this for myself but had to do it with a startpos mod i made so you saved me. Because my scripting skills are awful lol.
