Monument Secrets Guide

There are only 6 secrets in the first 4 levels. No secret in level 5 (boss level). If you collected those and finished the game you will have every achievement, except one. For this last one just get 100% kills and all secrets in one level. Easiest for that is level 1, cause it has only one secret and few enemies. Also keep in mind that achievement only pop up when you have closed the game.

Level 1

Secret 1
Right at the beginning, go to the backside of the statue. There will be a button, push it. Later in the level, when you pick up the red key, a door will be opened right next to it with the secret inside.

Level 2

Secret 2
After the blue door, behind a statue, push the skull. Then go back, near the main area, opposite where you can buy shotgun shells, a little cage will be opened with the secret inside.

Secret 3
Right before the yellow door, easy to see. You have to do a bit of jumping here. I suggest you to quick save before trying to get it.

Level 3

Secret 4
Once you are "outside", turn right, go up the ramp. Follow the path till you can turn right again. Then jump off the ledge on the left side to get the secret.

Secret 5
From the yellow door, go left till you get to the next nook and go through the wall.

Level 4

Secret 6
Almost at the beginning of the level, before the red door, use the teleport gun on the right side to get in that nook. There is the last secret.

And the second secret on 5th level is to the right of the level exit blue door there is narrow hallway with yellow door. Go through the door and you will face the green lake room, through that window if you look to the top right corner of the cave you can see a little spot with armor and stuff, use teleport to get there.

There is actually a secret on 5th level but there is no achievement for it.
There is a fake wall in the area where you have to jump down for the yellow key card. If you have the green lake on your right, the pit you jump in to behind (lava looking floor under you), go to the left till the dead end, walk through the wall.

On level 5: fourth secret is in the same room as second (with pipes in the ceiling and many ledges). You get to the ledge where you get the 1st teleport charge when you get there (you fall from the top floor on a pile of shields and a medkit). When you on the bottom floor and you're facing the toxic lake, you turn to the left and go. There you'll see a dead end, but there's actually a hidden room with bunch of shields and mega-health. Be careful, when you exit this room, the last monster will spawn.

There are secrets in the new level 5 too:

One around the corner from where you start, below and to the left of the green toxic waterfall.
Another in the room with pipes in the ceiling and many ledges
Another under a large walkway/bridge, above toxic green stuff
Not sure where the fourth one is yet.

You can also just jump into the final secret. You can also bypass almost all of the first level just by jumping onto the tree by the overpass at the beginning...
