200% Regeneration Cap

A version of my No Regeneration Cap mod that caps itself at 200% instead of the 100,000% percent of the original.

Someone wanted one that was less cheaty so here it is. Have fun dudes.

should work no matter when you enable it even mid save. doubt it would cause major issues if you removed it as long as you aren't mid battle.
