If you want to add a player to the professions policeman, emergency doctor or mechanic (ADAC) you have to flag him ingame to the corresponding ID and value.

Command: /flag "player name or steam64ID"/"ID"/"value"
Example: /flag Torqs/1000/1 - and then I'm police cadet

• Police ID: 1000 - ranks (value): Cadet 1, Trooper 2, Corporal 3, Sargeant 4, Lieutenant 5,
  Captain 6, Chief 7
  
• SWAT ID: 1001 - value: 1 (this rank is just an extension for the police ranks)
  
• FBI ID: 1001 - value: 2 (also just an extension for the police ranks)
  
• Emergency doctor ID: 2000 - value: 1
  
• Mechanic (ADAC) ID: 3000 - value: 1 (value 2 is the same but with Stealy Wheely in equipment)

To remove a flag you have to use the same ID but the value must be set to 0

Until now there is no explanation for this, at least some players cannot be flagged by NPCs. These players must be flagged by an admin per command. After a player has been flagged by an admin, the flags of the NPCs will work, but mostly not and players have to be flagged several times.
