So if you're looking for the welder in Rigor Mortis NMRIH objective map, you have to go all the way back outside and it's in the diner. Once you weld open the sewer, you need to get 5 gas cans. They are also outside mostly behind barriers. So you go down to the sewer grate, go back up to get the welder, go back down to get next obj of the gas cans, go back outside, go back down again. Ugh. Maybe a note in the obj of where go find these things, like "go back outside to find the welder".
