1. i wanted to use something different for the axe model.
2. if you still get errors even with the correct addons installed, try quitting and re-launching gmod, then spawning it again, sometimes gmod installs addons weirdly.

also, the Anna addon included does nothing to remove the errors

why not just use pyro's fire axe (or the axestinguisher) instead of something else?
