ALT+View yaw and pitch to aim

Pilot:
ALT+W,S for the eginre
ALT+View yaw and pitch to fly
Action 2 (mouseweel) to drop the bombs

If you want to disable the engine fire system, delete all of the flamethrowers and sensors in the engine bays.
