this *may* be a problem, but no guarantees it IS the problem. try looking up CS:S content on the net and installing it. but, uhh, check if it is safe enough first

okay, this is kinda strange. do you have CS:S content mounted? though it shouldn't be a requirement, as shells are in the ACT3 base, but just to make sure
