Choose Pedro III or Duarte

Description
This mod changes the United Kingdom of Portugal and Brazil events so that there is an option for Brazil to suggest putting Dom Pedro III on the united throne with Rio as the capital (The Brazilian AI will almost always choose this). This gives Portugal an event choosing whether to agree and put Pedro in power or to keep Duarte in power. Either way, there are no negative effects whatsoever.
