This is great info. Kinda wish I knew about the glitch preventing you from obtaining the hand cannon normally before completing my hardcore run. At least I can say I earned it.

This worked for the most part, thank you. For whatever reason though it unlocked the handcannon and other items, but not the elite versions of the suits. Weird.

For the people who can't find it, turn on/off your hidden files option, whichever one allows your hidden files to appear. I'm using Windows, so I just have to click the three buttons on the folder --> view --> the "show hidden files option."

Wait, so do you add in the new hexcode as two separate lines underneath the existing ones with the respective AcL.X/Y statements
Or do you replace the hexcode entirely with what's needed?
