Feyd's Fast Level Mod

This is my first mod so please go easy on me. It should halve the amount of time it takes to level up your characters and add an additional 5 points at various times throughout the leveling process.

It affects the ai as well as the player and is save game compatible (end your turn for all effects to take place).

It shouldn't have any compatibility issues outside of working with mods that try and do the same.
