your fps fucks up the bullet spread, that's why you need to cap it

The Halo 1 plasma rifle is also kinda OP (in the players hands) so you also want that

Does locking the frame rate fix the varied respawn time in campaign? When I try to save and quit but can't pause in time.

Spread is kinda fixed for framerate over 60, just dont shot too fast (you really need to spam VERY FAST to have the bug spread now) https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=hk8c2N3H-5w
