I'm rebooting this collection since I've gotten back into Space Engineers recently. Can't say how long it'll hold but hey - let's have fun while it lasts :)

What is this?

A fictional race of people that I call the Incarri.
I make things and then make up stories for them as I go along.
Maybe you'll like some of it.

Fluff:

The Incarri are a proud and ruthless people. To an Incarri citizen, the only thing more important than pride is profit, which goes some way in explaining why so little is known about their ships and their weaponry; While there certainly is a very handsome profit to be made from selling military secrets to interested parties, the Incarri know that a smile and a thinly veiled threat can be more profitable still.

The Vassallus Primus, the first fleet of the Holy Incarri Empire, is the foremost reason why the Incarri have enjoyed such prosperity during the past two millennia since they first made their presence known in the universe. The Keepers of Records now refer to the events following the emergence of the Incarri race as 'The Calamity of Koltyr', and although the ancient Koltytes were wiped out millenia ago, the planet they called home remains scorched and barren to this day... A grim reminder to all of the methodical precision and devastating efficiency that characterizes Incarri warfare.

If the records are to be believed, the full destructive power of the Vassalus Primus has not again been brought to bear since the annihilation of the ancient Koltytes. Yet far from being a relic of the remote past, the looming presence of the First Fleet is still very much alive in the minds of all who interact with the Incarri. It lies just beyond perception, promising swift death to any who would dare take a closer look. A fact that any Incarri will know how to take full advantage of.

And so, the secret behind the Incarri threat is just that - secrecy. The less you know about a threat, the larger it grows. Shadows multiply where the light does not reach, and the universe is a vast and dark place.

I urge you, my lords, not to neglect this matter.

It is believed that the Incarri have been aware of the existence of the Coalition of Independent Colonies (CIC), and more specifically of the Allied Peace Enforcement Corps (APEC), since the year of 3640 N.E. This is based on reports from that time by the APEC, which detail several unexplained readings of energy emission signatures trailing the movement of their fleet for extended periods of time.

This also collaborates with information from the few historical documents that the Incarri have shared with the Keepers of Records, but Incarri historians have neither confirmed nor denied the hypothesis. It is, however, generally accepted by most Keepers as the best estimate.
