It is customary in France to take a single beret from any man you defeat in single combat and wear as many as you are able to show how French you are.

i don't do SFM addons sorry.

SFM also seem to have an issue with paintable cosmetics turning black in some areas, which i don't have the skill to fix.

I know. but its probably because the Item creator gave Keanu Weave the wrong LOD.

You need to set your r_lod to 0 to fix that Layers of Detail issue with Keanu Weave.
