• After the scene, on: FILE 1
  
• After a while, you'll get to pick a choice.

• When the guy in blue suit attacks, quickly speak to the black-jacket girl to receive [Pistol].
  
• Aim and shoot at the blue guy.
  
• He'll come for you now. Shoot again.
  
  
• After the long scene, talk to the girl in purple shirt.
  
• Talk to the girl in purple shirt again. Receive [Admission Note].
  
  
• Now, talk to the girl in wheelchair and then to the girl with black jacket.
  
• Repeat until exhausting all dialogue with each.
  
• After a while, a new scene will start.
  
  
• Once the zombie attacks through the window, click on the black-jacket girl 6 times to free her.
  
• Another long scene will start. You don't have to do anything until they all leave the room.
  
• Exit the room.
  
• Follow everyone through the corridors (left and upper left room).
  
• Interact with the cabinet under the chandelier and solve the puzzle:

• You'll receive [Page 9-11+1].
  
• After the scene, pick up the [Paper (Blank)] from the desk.
  
• Also, interact with the laptop on the glass table.
  
• Wait a bit for another scene to start.
  
  
• After the scene, interact with the cabinet under the chandelier and input 0303 on the safe.
  
• Take everything from inside.
  
• When you get to choose what you found inside, pick:
  
  
  • .45 Ammo Clip
    
  • Key Card (Empty)
    
  • Stimulant
  
  
• When everyone leaves the room, on: FILE 2
  
• Follow them through the corridor and spam LMB to kill all the zombies.
  
• Keep going to the right.
  
• The black-jacket girl will get kidnapped at some point.
  
• When this happens, run immediately to the right.
  
• Follow the people out the hospital.
  
• A long ending scene will start here.

• Hold LMB to speed through the credits screen.

• Restart game and → FILE 1.
  
• When you get to choose, pick:
  
  
  • Locked
  
  
• After the doctor is dead, talk to everyone in the room and then wait for another scene.
  
• Talk to everyone again to past time, then wait for one more scene.
  
• Talk to everyone one last time.
  
  
• The black-jacket girl will get grabbed and the blue-shirted guy will save her.
  
• Now the group will move to the right, follow them and interact with the shelf.
  
• Make a save before going out (just in case).
  
• Go outside.
  
• Immediately, follow them left and into the elevator.

                                          If you stand here for too long, you will die.                                        

• When the elevator reaches the lowest point, go out.
  
• A scene will start.
  
• After the scene, talk to everyone.
  
• Wait for another scene to start.
  
  
• Head through the door when it opens.
  
• Follow the group all the way to the right.
  
• After another scene, follow the group right and into the brown door.
  
• Leave the room.
  
  
• Now, follow the group into the bottom room.
  
• Follow the wheelchair girl to another room.
  
• Leave the room after the scene.
  
  
• Go left through the doorway and speak to the girl outside.
  
• Another scene.
  
• Interact with the monitor.
  
• Follow the group to the bottom right room.
  
  
• Interact with the lady in wheelchair and help her down through the linear path.
  
• After the scene ends, go back upstairs and through the small scene.
  
• Now, enter the bottom right door for another scene.
  
  
• Follow the group downstairs for another scene.
  
• Go inside the room.
  
• Leave the room after the scene.
  
  
• Follow the group upstairs and watch the scene.
  
• The terminal is now broken.
  
• Follow the group to the left.
  
  
• Save your game when the elevator reaches its destination (just in case).
  
• Go north, bottom right, and downstairs into the ritual room.
  
• Pick up the finger and use it on the scanner to the left.
  
• Go through the door.
  
  
• Save your game again.
  
• Pick up the note in the middle of the room.
  
• Interact with the mirror and run out of the room.
  
• Run all the way upstairs while avoiding the black shadows.
  
• Go left and try to enter the elevator.
  
  
• You'll wake up in a bloody bathroom. Go out.
  
• Save your game before doing anything else.
  
  
• Go through the brown door, climb up the crates, and go through the vent.
  
• Continue crawling through the ventilation shaft.
  
• Go all the way down and right at the very bottom (ignore the first intersection).
  
• You'll be back outside the ritual room.
  
• Run left and upstairs.
  
  
• Follow the girl to the elevator.
  
• Talk to the black-jacket girl and wait for the scene.
  
• Exit the elevator.
  
• Talk to the girl in purple shirt to receive a [.45 PISTOL].
  
  
• Save your game (just in case).
  
• Follow the group to the bottom right and through the corridor.
  
• Keep going right and spamming LMB to kill all the zombies, just like you did in the first playthrough.
  
  
• The black-jacket girl will get kidnapped at the very end.
  
• When this happens, run immediately to the right.
  
• Follow the people out the hospital.
  
• A long ending scene will start here.
