But this one was a bonus for linking the remastered Doom 3. You get skins, avatars, and a banner for the remaster Doom 1,2,3. The skins are all retro ones from the old deathmatch days.

Have you gone back to the ship a second time? There's a cutscene where you use this big wedge shaped key thing on the ship to repower it. If you look around there are doors that need two of that kind of key so I guess they're on Cultist Base and later? Either way there's a bunch of shit you can unlock on Doomguy's ship including the retro green skin.

I mean I would have picked the green one but you have to unlock it. I have no idea where the keys for it are.
