One of the custom NPCs I use in my chunk packs, feel free to steal it for yours. This is actually an extremely outdated class and I wouldn't recommend actually trying to play with it. The original concept was made back when warzone spawns dropped all of their weapons, so the idea was to have a warzone on every floor and sell all of the gear on the ground to hire soldiers to complete your missions for you. After that got patched out the class basically stopped functioning, but I still had it sitting around so I threw it in as an NPC because... why not? Of course, a weird side effect of having The Law is that NPC Reporters will charge criminals and start punching them, but it is Streets of Rogue so that probably isn't even that weird in the setting. Just think of them as lower-level cops if it helps.
