Basic Introduction to "EXP" and "DCT"
- "EXP" stands for: "Experience", duh. EXP is used for leveling up your classes and learning orders. you can go to the "Training Field" and the "Mess Hall" to use your "EXP" there

- "DCT" stands for: "Ducat". Unlike Experience, Ducat is used research and upgrade weapons, armor and tanks, and ship items. Head down to the "R&D Facility" for upgrading and research stuff

- You can get EXP and DCT after you finish a mission successfully, you can get extra if you complete it in few turns, along with defeating enemies
Step 1:
If you're on "Book Mode", go "Skirmishes" and pick out a Skirmish mission.
Step 2:
Once you started the mission and on the briefing phase, deploy a scout (Or few more if you think one is not enough)
Step 3:
So after the briefing phase, all you have to do is run all the way to the enemy base camp. Ignore enemy's interception fire (Other words, ignore all enemies). Ensure you do this in a single turn.
Step 4:
Repeat the process over and over until you feel fine with the current income you have right now at the moment
Step 5:
Profit from it.
Additional Tips
- If you have a leader, using Direct Command (Unlocked after "Chapter 5: Behind the Frontlines") will made the farming more quicker

- Depending on the mission level you're on, I suggest you find a fastest route you can take

- If you feel like your scout will take a lot of damage, attack and kill some of the enemies then head towards their main base

- If you unlocked the grenade lanuchers after leveling up your Scouts to level 10, use them in case you want to attack the enemy (Works against Shock Troopers long range)

- Orders that increases defence and evasion will help your Scout's chances of survival

Thanks for the tips.
After doing this for the first several skirmishes, I have some additional important tips for grinding skirmishes:

-The later skirmishes offer more rewards than the earliest easier ones.

-Even more rewards can be had if you can take out turrets, artillery, tanks, or whatever has specific line items on the final scorecard. So having a grenadier and/or lancer tag along with your scout or two in the Direct Command group can be very helpful for this.

-If bringing along non-scouts, make sure their weapons are optimized for any armored targets you expect to take out along the way for extra rewards.
