Abraham Lincoln, as an alternative leader for the civilization of America.

Leader Trait:

The Great Emancipator: Cities receive +1 Production from every other city you control within 6 tiles, Industrial Zones give +3 Loyalty per turn but your Plantations give -3 Loyalty. Units get +10 Combat Strength when occupying a Plantation.
Abraham Lincoln has 2 Unique Units: the USS Monitor (stronger Ironclad with short ranged double attack) and the USACE's Military Engineers (more charges and available with Barracks).

Agenda:

House Divided Speech: Tries to keep his cities loyal, and dislikes civilizations who fail to do this. Likes civilizations who gain cities due to their Loyalty pressure.
