1. Only real choice for PSI armor. Everyone else who uses PSI armor is going to take a solid hit and die. Period. 2. Have to use sniper, obviously, would take an arc thrower vs a pistol if using the mod. I never use it. 3. Scope allows those higher crit chances and easily gets all your shots to 100%. No RNG here. 4. Mind Shield gets your will high enough to 80-95% mind control an Etheral. Enough said. 5. Give him the medals, choose options for AIM and WILL.
