No Cut Efficiency for Combat Boots

This is a fan-made continuation of the No Cut Efficiency Mod to remove Cut Efficiency from the Combat Boots by ONJOY.

This mod does not supply the armor, it only removes Cut Efficiency and modifies Cut Resistance so be sure to get the armor here:

Simply load this below the Combat Boots mod and you'll be good to go. There is no need to import.

Load order should be as such:
Combat Boots
NO Cut Efficiency for Combat Boots

If you run into any issues feel free to point them out and I will try my best to fix them.
