If you do not know how to spawn her NPC, while in-game, go to the spawn list in sandbox and go to the NPC tab and there you should see down the list, "Cindy Lennox NPC" Click it and there you will find her NPC.

Is there any way to fix the neck problem, her head is a little sideways while she is an npc, though it doesnt do it when she is a ragdoll, same with PM
